I used Pro Clean for my rental property. The carpet was really dirty, I was concerned that I would have to replace it. Pro Clean was on time, competitively priced and did a terrific job. This family owned business far exceeded my expectations.

A Family Tradition of Honest, Thorough Cleaning Across Northeast Ohio
Headquartered at 9840 York Alpha Dr, Ste C, North Royalton, OH 44133
For more than four decades, Pro Clean Carpet Cleaning, LLC has been built on a straightforward promise: treat every customer’s home, church, apartment community, or office with the same care and respect we give our own family’s home. What began over 40 years ago as a local family-owned operation has grown into one of Northeast Ohio’s most trusted floor and fabric care specialists—without ever losing the personal accountability of a family business.
Operating from our centrally located facility at 9840 York Alpha Dr, Ste C, North Royalton, OH 44133, we dispatch modern, self-contained truck-mounted extraction vans across Cuyahoga, Summit, and Medina Counties. When you call our main line at (216) 524-4059 (or one of our local numbers, (440) 232-1570 and (330) 903-1340), you speak directly with friendly, knowledgeable people who gladly answer your questions and respect your schedule.
Unlike national franchises that rely on high-pressure room upsells or subcontractors, our team focuses on craftsmanship: conditioned soft-water hot-water extraction, fiber-safe pre-conditioning chemistry, high-pressure tile and grout cleaning, gentle upholstery and Oriental rug care, and reliable commercial floor maintenance.
Technology
Conditioned Soft-Water Truck Mounts
Every Pro Clean service van carries onboard water-softening tanks and engine-driven hot-water extraction equipment. Softened water dissolves deeper soil with less detergent and leaves carpets soft and residue-free.
Credentials
IICRC Certified & Industry Active
Our technicians hold certifications through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and we are active members of NFIB, NSBA, the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA), and SCRT.
Protection
Full Commercial & Residential Insurance
For your complete peace of mind, Pro Clean Carpet Cleaning carries Ohio workers’ compensation coverage, comprehensive general liability, commercial automobile liability, and umbrella insurance.
What Sets Our Technicians Apart Inside Your Home or Facility
Inviting a service company into your home or workplace requires trust. Before our technicians ever pick up a cleaning wand, they walk through the rooms with you, listen to your concerns about traffic lanes, coffee or beverage spots, or pet urine odors, and explain clearly what our cleaning process will achieve.
We use corner guards to protect your painted walls and woodwork, keep hoses neatly managed, and leave your rooms cleaner, brighter, and fresher than you thought possible. Our entire team is dedicated 100% to deep carpet cleaning, spot and stain removal, odor neutralization, upholstery care, and hard-surface floor cleaning.
